How the Tool Works

At the top of the table, you’ll see four platform buttons:

Select the platform you're playing on — and the projection model will automatically adjust to reflect that platform’s scoring system, positional format, and bonus structure.

Each player’s projection then updates to account for:

  • 5v5 matchup quality using line-level data
  • Game totals and win probabilities from Today’s Games
  • Line assignment and PP usage from Daily Faceoff
  • Historical production trends and role changes

Column Definitions

Player / Team / Opponent

Quickly filter or search by team, player, or game. Useful for stacking or fading based on matchup quality.

Position

Denotes the fantasy position relevant to the selected platform. DraftKings splits wings (LW/RW), FanDuel combines them as W, and OwnersBox allows positional flexibility.

Line / PP Unit

The player’s current even-strength line and power play unit. Correlated exposure (playing FL1 + PP1) boosts both floor and ceiling.

Salary

DraftKings salary shown when DK is selected. (Will update dynamically for other platforms.) Use with projection to calculate value per dollar.

Projections

This is your platform-specific projected fantasy output for today’s slate. It's powered by:

  • Matchup modeling from Line Tools
  • Deployment and TOI trends
  • Scoring systems unique to each site

Use it for:

  • Lineup optimization
  • Player comparisons
  • Pick’em over/under calls

Ceiling / Floor (Premium Unlock)

Ceiling is the player’s top-end upside based on scoring, shot volume, PP usage, and matchup potential.

Floor is a conservative estimate assuming average or low-event outcomes.

Ideal for choosing between safe cash plays and high-risk, high-reward GPP targets.

Use the projection and salary to identify value plays. Then cross-reference with our:
