Mobile-Only Entry, No Exceptions

Every Canadian Tire Centre ticket is delivered digitally and scanned from a phone at the gate. Screenshots do not work; transfer tickets through the Sens app or Ticketmaster before you leave home, because the parking lots sit far enough from the building that there is no Wi-Fi in them at all. Fans without mobile data can join the free "MobileTickets" network once inside the gates.

Where to Buy

Ticketmaster is the arena's exclusive ticketing partner, alongside canadiantirecentre.com and the box office at Gate 1, which opens two hours before every event and sells in person until near puck drop. The Four Levels

The official seat map lays the bowl out in four tiers: the 100 Level (sections 101-120, lower bowl), the 200 Level (201-228, the Main Concourse, home to Guest Services and first aid), the 300 Level (301-328, upper bowl, with private unisex restrooms), and the 400 Level, home to The Ledge above the ice.

The Senators play an 84-game regular season, opening in the first week of October 2026 and running through mid-April 2027, per the schedule release itself. O-Train Line 1 itself runs Tunney's Pasture to Blair, 13 stations over 12.5 km, end to end in under 30 minutes with peak trains about every five minutes. It does not reach the arena directly; Route 404 is the bus link between the rail line and Kanata. Fares include a 90-105 minute transfer, and a DayPass runs $12.25. From Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport, O-Train Line 4 runs to South Keys, connecting onward through Line 2 and Line 1 to Tunney's Pasture and then Route 404, though total transit time for that chain is not published. There is no walking-distance hotel near Canadian Tire Centre the way a downtown arena has one. The choice is between a Kanata hotel minutes from the gates or a downtown or Gatineau property that gives you an actual city trip at the cost of a 15-25 minute drive each way. The Signature Item

Golden Palace Egg Rolls, served with homemade plum sauce, are the food to lead with here: a genuine Ottawa institution rather than generic arena fare. Sit-Down Spots Inside

Bert's, the self-described Sens Army headquarters near Gate 1 and Section 102, runs 23 big-screen TVs, stone-fired pizza and live music Thursday through Saturday during evening home games; it opens 2.5 hours before puck drop and stays open an hour after the final horn. Legacy sits on the 100 Level next to the Sens Store. Club CIBC, at Gate 2, runs a small-plates menu and The Vault, described as the building's most extensive wine list, with pre-event bookings required 72 hours ahead.

Alcohol and Food Policy

Ontario's legal drinking age is 19, and government photo ID is required. Staff can refuse service and enforce per-transaction limits, and there's no published last-call time; the nearest datapoint is the Coors Light Chill Zone closing at the start of the third period. Outside food is banned except for documented allergies or medical needs, arranged in advance through Guest Services at 613-599-0122; empty refillable water bottles are always allowed at the concourse filling stations.

The Sens Store's main location is in the lobby at Gate 1, next to Legacy, with smaller kiosks scattered around the concourse during events for a quick between-periods purchase.

Near the arena, Bell Sensplex is a multi-pad community rink complex and the Senators' official practice facility, built under a public-private partnership between the city and Ottawa Community Ice Partners. Whether public visitors can watch practices there is not confirmed, so check ahead rather than assume. Tanger Outlets Ottawa sits directly across Huntmar Drive, though its individual food tenants and whether they stay open through puck drop aren't published. West of Kanata in Carp, the Diefenbunker, Canada's Cold War Museum, is a four-storey former underground command post with tours and escape rooms, open year-round, and the best afternoon stop close to the arena.
